The DOM are very active in Milton, supporting families and businesses and promoting a strong sense of community.
The DOM's held a fantastic Golf tournament with all proceeds of the fundraising being donated to the SFN. The entire event from start to finish was an honour and joy to be a part of.
Here are just a few of the ways your fundraising has been used:
Music Sessions: = $700
Stand up collapsable sign, Banners x3 (2 for Santa Parade), T-shirts and hats = $1000.00
Movie theatre rentals, 550.00
Gift cards for birthdays, prizes, thank you gifts for guests, stamps/postage etc
Donation to Team Nobodys (homeless) = $50
Tyler Fergus Magician x 2 performances
Supplies and entrance fee for Santa Parade
Supplies for Amazing Race and park Rental
Zoom Membership for 2021 and 2022
Website and domain name cost for 2021 and 2022
Business cards
Shade tent and collapsable table for Farmers Markets and Trade shows etc.
Etc. Etc.
The Special Friends Network was thrilled and honoured to receive the Milton Youth Award for Outstanding Group of the Year!
